Hello! We’re a little late getting this posted today. We’ve had some internet issues all day today and finally got them straightened out.
We survived the first round of travel for Travis. He made it home late Friday night only to leave before 8am this morning. He’s only gone for one week this time, so it isn’t so bad. The kids (and I) definitely miss having him around!
The week in general was pretty uneventful. Parker had a snow day early in the week followed by a half day of school on Friday. Once Travis was home Friday night we took it pretty easy for the few days he was here. We watched the Super Bowl last night, but without our team playing we weren’t very into it. The commercials are always good for a few laughs though. I loved the Doritos one with the baby but was totally freaked out by Puppy Monkey Baby. Anyone else?

Tuesday: 3 Mile warm up, 3 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down
Wednesday: 6 Miles
Thursday: 6 Miles
Friday: Travel day
Saturday: 10 Miles
Sunday: 4 Miles
Monday: 3 Miles
Tuesday: 4 Miles
Wednesday: Yassos’! 1 Mile warm up, 4×800 with 2 minutes recovery, 1 Mile cool down for 4.5 miles total plus strength training. I did the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 plus the 10 Minute Abs
Thursday: 4 Miles plus a 3 game volleyball match
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 3 Miles
Sunday: 9 Miles- The first 10K of this run was for my Nuun Year Dash Virtual that benefitted the Challenged Athletes Foundation
